The ACLC supports the National African Canadian Initiative on Full Participation and Capacity Building.

Legal Aid Ontario

Legal Aid Ontario provides assistance to people with low incomes and those from disadvantaged communities for addressing various legal problems. Such problems include (among others):

  • criminal cases
  • family disputes
  • immigration and refugee hearings
  • landlord/tenant disputes
  • disability support
  • family benefits payments
  • expulsion hearings
